YELLOWSTONE TROUT ADVENTURE
2008
July 12 - 19, 2008
Montana's
Paradise Valley is our destination for the 2008
Trout Adventure...why not clear your schedule and
join us? We have secured a gorgeous house on the
banks of the Yellowstone River near Emigrant as
our base of operations for the week, with majestic
views of Emigrant Peak literally outside our back
door. We will be fishing the Yellowstone River
with some of the area's finest guides, and leave
plenty of time to explore the waters of
Yellowstone Park (20-some miles to the south), the
Boulder River, Mill Creek, as well as easy access
to the world famous spring creeks outside
Livingston (20 miles or so to the north).
Our
schedule is pretty rough. We fly into
Bozeman, Montana on Saturday, arriving early
enough to allow for some afternoon and evening
fishing. Little Forks
Outfitters provides a shuttle for everyone to the
house as part
of the cost of the package. Clean, modern,
double-occupancy rooms are waiting for us at the
house, and the meals laid out by our hosts
George and Jo Kelly are fabulous.
Three of the days fishing you will guided, and
three days will be left for you to explore. The
spring creeks are available on a reservation
basis, and require an additional rod fee not
covered in the cost of the package. A fine breakfast will be
shared by the group each day, a shore lunch will
be provided by the guides or supplied to you in
the morning, and an excellent dinner
will cap off each day. After dinner you can
go fish (the house has a trout pond in addition to
easy access to the Yellowstone River), tie flies, or
tell the rest of the guys about your day.
You probably won't even have to exaggerate!
